Life has a way of pulling us away from ourselves. The stress builds up, the noise never really stops, and we get so busy doing that there is hardly any room left for just being. Somewhere along the way, we start thinking something must be wrong with us. Like we are broken and need fixing.
I don't see it that way.
To me, healing isn't about fixing anything. It's about remembering who you were before life got so heavy. You know yourself better than anyone. I am not here to tell you what to do or hand you answers. I am here to walk with you, help clear out some of the clutter, and listen while you find your own voice again. Life is stressful. That's not going away. But you don't have to deal with it alone. This is your space to pause, untangle whatever's in your head, and start building a kinder relationship with yourself.
So think of this as your spot to breathe, take your time, and gently make your way back to you.

Hello, I'm Allayna! Specialist Wellness Counsellor registered with ASCHP.
I started Mindshift Wellness Counselling for one reason: because everyone deserves a space where they don't have to pretend.
You've probably imagined saying that difficult thing you've been carrying a hundred times. And in your head, the person either cries, gets angry, or changes the subject. But what if they didn't flinch, and just stayed?
